Who We Are?
Red Rock Reliability was founded by Mark Ivers and John Dillon, combining decades of technical expertise and industry relationships to deliver results that last.
Mark Ivers
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) with more than 25 years in industrial maintenance, operations, and leadership. Mark’s career began in the U.S. Navy’s nuclear submarine program, where reliability wasn’t just a goal — it was a matter of survival. That experience shaped a lifelong commitment to precision, discipline, and teamwork. After transitioning to civilian industry, Mark worked across power generation, refining, and manufacturing, applying the same standards to every project.
John Dillon
John’s career began in the U.S. Navy’s nuclear surface fleet, where he authored and implemented major updates to the Navy’s chemistry and corrosion prevention programs — improvements that shaped operational standards fleet-wide. After his military service, John worked at Intel, applying his process-driven mindset to one of the world’s most demanding manufacturing environments. He later returned to the power sector, operating combined cycle gas turbine (CCTG) plants and Northwest hydroelectric facilities. Known for his expertise in procedural development, John ensures that best practices are not only documented but embedded into daily operations.Shape
